Corporate collaboration

Laterna supports organisations in building a stronger sense of community, wellbeing, and collaboration across multi-location work.
Laterna collaborates with a diverse group of partner companies who represent different industries and work models. Each organisation faces diverse challenges related to multi-location work, which the project helps to explore and address through research, company-specific and joint workshops during a one-year development period.

ABB Marine & Ports

ABB Marine & Ports wants to strengthen collaboration between different employee groups. More experienced employees often work remotely and share less of their expertise and networks with junior colleagues. The company is looking for solutions to improve knowledge transfer and better integrate young employees into the work community.

Meltlake

Meltlake works primarily remotely, and both collaboration and the sense of community vary from project to project. The company aims to strengthen human connection across team, project and business boundaries and create a more cohesive work culture in a digital environment.

Glaston

Glaston operates with a hybrid work model and has recently focused on improving the smooth execution of customer projects. The company needs stronger collaboration across personnel groups, higher-quality customer service, and a more efficient integration of new employees.

Selma Finance

Selma is a small, remote-first company where employees feel the need for more face-to-face interaction. The current twice-a-year in-person meetings are seen as insufficient. The company is looking for ways to reduce isolation, prevent burnout, and support wellbeing in digital work.

Wärtsilä

Wärtsilä Energy

Wärtsilä operates in all work modes – on-site, remote, and hybrid. The company is working to improve cross functional collaboration, strengthen unity and performance and actively drive end to end sales.
